Recipe: Spinach lasagna salmon


Hey everybody!

I'm still not 100% fit again, but today I had at least already once again right appetite.
So we've had this spinach salmon lasagna for lunch:
spinach and salmon are perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, but I am impressed by the delicious lasagna:)
For all they might want to try it myself happy, here comes the recipe:

ingredients (for 3 persons)

450 g TK-spinach
2-3 EL flour 20g margarine
1 onion
1-2 garlic cloves
500 ml milk
