The possibilities of virtual worlds for tourism are becoming more explored. Birmingham experimiert with Google Maps in Second Life and Kuoni to set up a Virtual Commuity in SL.
Recently it has also committed the Schabziger trail from the Canton of Glarus in Second Life. How this is so can be read here .
