Every day 5,000 children die because sanitation 
World Water Day on 22 jam March, UNICEF called on to improve the care of people with clean drinking water and sanitation. Worldwide, 1.2 billion people, not enough clean water to live. 2.6 billion people - more than 40 percent of the world's population - have to live without adequate sanitary facilities, including 980 million children. The consequences are life-threatening infections and severe diarrhea. The United Nations has declared 2008 the International Year of Sanitation. But two out of five people to relieve themselves must remain in open channels or outdoors doing. The regions with the worst supply Southern Africa (38 percent), West and Central Africa (36 percent) and South Asia (37 percent). According to World Health Organisation are a euro that is invested in water supply and sanitation, savings contrary in the treatment of diseases of around nine euros.
